Our mouth watering cakes have become renown for their moist yet light texture.
We don't just use the finest ingredients, but our own home produced ingredients, including:
  • Our own free range eggs
  • Organic stone ground flour - from Maud Foster Mill, who we supply with organic wheat
  • Home grown raspberry jam
And coming soon - our own home grown sunflower oil, to be used in our moist carrot cakes.

Where we can't produce our own ingredients, we always ensure we use the finest tasting farm produced butter and British sugar.
